Experienced EHS Specialist Sought for Award-Winning Pharmaceutical Organization
We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS programs to ensure compliance with local legislation, standards, and industry best practices.
- Programs include risk assessments, contractor management, incident investigation, emergency response, chemical management, waste management, water and air management, ergonomics, bio risk, equipment and machine safety, and industrial hygiene.
- Assist operational departments in achieving and establishing compliance.
- Prepare reports for site and corporate management and regulatory agencies.
- Evaluate EHS applicable requirements for new projects and processes, as well as changes in existing processes and installations.
Requirements:
- Technical Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field.
- 3+ years of EHS experience in the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry.
- Proven track record of success in the environmental health and safety sector.
