Job Description

EHS Systems Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and managing EHS systems and programmes in a leading international provider of Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineering Solutions.

Take ownership of all EHS information in the Integrated Management System, ensuring that all policies and procedures are effectively maintained. Design, implement and lead EHS improvements as per the EHS Department business plan and ensure they are effectively rolled out through the change management process and monitored.

Key Responsibilities: • Take ownership of all EHS information in the Integrated Management System • Design, implement and lead EHS improvements as per the EHS Department business plan • Assist in developing and progressing the Suir Safe Behaviourally Based Safety Programme • Participate in developing and implementing EHS modules and standards with other departments • Conduct EHS due diligence in each country to ensure we are legally compliant with local legislation • Assist the Regional EHS Managers with the development of project pre-mobilisation documentation

Requirements: • Relevant Health and Safety Qualification • 2-5 years' experience in an EHS Advisory role • Experience in developing EHS procedures and initiatives • Ability to work on own initiative, challenge and influence • Team player and able to build and maintain relationships • Competent with the use of MS Office software • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
