Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor residents' health status, vital signs, and response to treatment, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care, while respecting their dignity, privacy, and autonomy. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Qualifications: Registered Nurse with current registration in Ireland.
