Position: Electrical BIM Task Team Lead. Location: Office - Maynooth, Co. Kildare. Job Description As an Electrical BIM Task Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process. You will work closely with the Electrical BIM Manager and a team of BIM detailers to deliver cutting-edge projects. Current requirements allow for a base in our office in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. Your responsibilities will include: Proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team. Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required. Understand and ensure any changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams. Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up. Communicate effectively and offer cross-team support. Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines. Daily model management administration and maintenance. Manage and coordinate sensitive and confidential information. Daily cooperation with BIM Manager. This role will provide exposure to a wide range of expertise relating to pharmaceutical, life sciences, construction, and other sectors. The successful candidate will be supported in developing their knowledge and skills as their responsibilities grow and evolve. Skills and Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications Degree Qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline Minimum 5 years' experience acting in a similar role designing MEP services. Proven ability to lead a team. Hosting meetings if required. Must have experience managing a full library of works. Experience in delivering projects as a main contractor is advantageous, demonstrating your understanding of industry best practices and technologies. Production experience in design, detailing or engineering. Must have experience managing a BIM team. In depth knowledge of current BIM software versions, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
