Are you an Electrical Building Services Engineer with 5+ projects experience in Industrial/Pharma, preferably, and worked with main contractors?

This is a permanent role based in Limerick.

Electrical Building Services Engineer - Pharma Construction Project - Limerick

Our client is one of Ireland's largest main contractors.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting with the implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project.
2. Provide quality control for Electrical Engineering on the project.
3. Work collaboratively with the project, design team, and subcontractors.
4. Assisting Project Manager and Engineers in all work relating to the safe and timely completion of the projects.
5. Working with the team to inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan.
6. Attend project meetings.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years experience.
2. Third level qualification in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
3. Experienced in electrical services installations.
4. Undertaking all aspects of building services, working on a wide variety of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by BMS.
5. Ensuring design, installation, and commissioning of complex M&E packages.
6. Previous projects experience in Industrial/Pharma, preferably, and main contractors.
7. Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Revit/BIM, Microsoft.

Package:

Salary negotiable dependent on experience.

Full-time permanent staff role.
