My client is looking forElectrical Design engineer to join their team. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Preparation of engineering drawings (substation layouts, elevations, lightning zones etc.); Preparation of panel schematic drawings. Design of protection and control schemes. Preparation of equipment specifications. Technical evaluation of equipment offers. Technical report writing. JOBHOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge (Education & Related Experience): Electrical Engineering Degree. Familiarity with HV substation design from 10kV to 220kV. Familiarity with ESB standards (desired but not compulsory) Proficiency in Eplan and AutoCAD 2D (desired but not compulsory Full clean drivers licence Skills and Behaviors (Special Training or Competence): Team player and have good interpersonal skills. Technical leader. Flexible, committed and works well under time pressure. Safety focused. Logical and imaginative approach to problem solving. Proven capability in decision making.
