Electrical Division Lead required for a fast growing Engineering firm based in South Tipperary. This is an exciting new opportunity to join the company at a time of significant growth. Reporting to the Strategic Development Director, based on their site in Cahir, Co Tipperary, the Electrical Supervisor will join an expanding team. As an Electrical Supervisor, your main responsibility will be leading and managing the team whilst maintaining quality and safety standards whilst ensuring project deadlines are met. The Role Manage the team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Understanding of the Electrical install process, communication daily with site supervision and being the main POC for daily meetings with Clients. Plan, schedule and coordinate work to be carried out on a daily and weekly basis. Ensure man-hours / overtime are controlled ensuring efficiency and productivity targets are met. Management of subcontractors and evaluating their performance. Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality Systems. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, promoting a culture of safety among team members. Maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily reports and progress updates. Proactively deal with challenges and communicate to management. The Person You are trade qualified as an Electrician. You should have 5 years plus experience in a similar role managing and leading teams. You should have a proven record of co-coordinating and managing projects and meeting tight deadlines. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
