Job Description
Electrical Engineer for AWS Data Center Power Generation and Transmission Infrastructure seeks to deliver innovative energy solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing utility-scale power plants, energy storage systems, and substations, as well as collaborating with local utilities and developers to understand and define interconnection requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, experience with design and operation of utility-scale power plants, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, experience with fast-track design/build projects, hyperscale distributed energy projects, and advanced infrastructure solutions is preferred.
