**Electrical Engineer Wanted for Large Projects** A leading Irish contractor is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Athlone, providing electrical and instrumentation support in large projects. **About the Company** This Irish contractor specializes in turnkey packages for the design, supply, and installation of electrical and instrumentation projects. They operate across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, serving industries such as pharmaceuticals, semi-conductor, food and drink, data centers, and power transmission and distribution. **Job Responsibilities** * Review and issue technical submittals in line with project specifications * Communicate technical issues with the project management team * Manage supply chain and vendor engagement * Work with 3D drawing models * Contribute to the design process * Coordinate installation, including scheduling and tracking * Compile handover documentation * Design electrical services * Work autonomously and attend meetings with clients and project team members **Requirements** * BSc Electrical Engineering or similar discipline * Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project * Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work on large projects with a leading Irish contractor * Collaborative and innovative work environment * Chance to develop skills and expertise in electrical engineering **How to Proceed** Please submit an updated CV to be considered for this role.
