The Senior Electrical Engineer role at WuXi Vaccines is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all electrical systems on site, ensuring compliance with auditing and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the site and each department as the engineering team, ensuring safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
- Task supervisor for all site electrical system-related work, resolving issues promptly while ensuring compliance.
- Management and control of associated site electrical operational and capital budget.
- Develop and champion continuous improvement programs to increase the performance and reliability of site utilities electrical equipment and systems.
- Support Engineering Projects, Validation, Warehouse, QC, QA, and other departments on site utilities electrical projects/issues.
- Participate in risk assessments, inspections, audits, incident, and deviation investigations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical, automation, electronic, or engineering and relevant experience in electrical engineering, including control systems, motor control, and electrical components.
Knowledge of GMP requirements, SOPs, and controlled documents is essential, as is proficiency in MS Office and CAD.
