Job Description
Electrical Engineer role involves working on large-scale electrical utilities projects, designing and installing electrical infrastructure, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
Working on large-scale electrical utilities projects, designing and installing electrical infrastructure, and troubleshooting electrical issues are key responsibilities of this role. The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications in Electrical Level 6 Advanced Craft Certification or equivalent and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Design and installation of electrical infrastructure required for new equipment
- Design of Low Voltage networks and control systems
- Troubleshooting of electrical issues on site
- Interpreting data housed on Data Management Platform to aid with design
- Directing contractors on specific jobs/projects
- Interacting with site management staff to deliver design scope
- Development of the electrical documentation and drawings system on site
- Draughting and review of electrical schematics
- Awareness of Health and Safety issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Auto CAD
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
Requirements:
- Ideally hold relevant certifications in Electrical Level 6 Advanced Craft Certification or equivalent
