FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Electrical Engineering Manager for a large farm operation in Saudi Arabia. This is a full time permanent role. Summary of role The Div. Electrical Engineering Manager ensures that all electrical engineering services are provided to all dairy farming sites to facilitate the efficient and safe daily operations on all sites. To also provide support, as and when required, with the water and refrigeration dpts plus ensuring 24hr emergency cover is always provided. Responsibilities To lead and ensure that the performance of the Central Engineering team and Farm Electrical Teams are meeting the objectives. Plan and execute Planned Preventative Maintenance of all plant & Machinery to meet demands of the sites Provide technical analysis and feasibility for processing tech and methods Manage projects as required to meet agreed specs, costs and time scales Maintenance and plant availability. Ensure that sound relationship between the farm maintenance teams and Engineering are in place to provide the timely and efficient repair and preventative maintenance of the plant is coordinated Develop and Execute H&S Plan to meet operations targets Ensure Compliance to Company Policies & Procedures to have proper control of Engineering Status and Expenditure Identify and plan staff development to ensure adequate skills to meet site needs both present and future Manage and maintain allocated budget cost Candidate Profile Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Qualified Electrical Engineer; 5 - 10 years experience IET Wiring Reg 18th Edition Good Team leader Excellent communicator Good management and influencing skills Ability to achieve results through multi-national team in tough conditions Remuneration package Attractive Tax Free Salary Bonus Severance 6 free flights home to and from Saudi Arabia Work 5/6 weeks on 2-3 weeks off (97 days annual leave) Free accommodation Restaurant and Lesiure facilities on site Health Care Cover To apply Please email your CV through the attached link FRS Recruitment offer 100 % confidentiality on all applications.
