Job Description: They need a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Estimator who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estimating electrical projects in the commercial, retail/hospitality, and industrial sectors. Your main responsibility will be preparing accurate and competitive estimates to ensure our projects' profitability and success. Key Responsibilities: Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to determine project specifications and requirements. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering options. Prepare detailed and itemized cost estimates for all aspects of electrical work. Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling, planning, and execution. Maintain and update a database of cost information and historical data. Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the commercial, retail/hospitality, and industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods. Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Accubid, Trimble, Bluebeam). Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
