Established over 80 years ago, this packaging manufacturer has developed a successful global reputation in their field. They have multiple global sites and a close-knit team in their successful Limerick site. They are seeking an Engineering Team Leader to join their team and develop your career in the long term.
In this days-based role, you'll be overseeing their close-knit Engineering team, in charge of planning works and delegating maintenance schedules. Additionally, you'll attend to the electrical maintenance of their specialist machinery, including PPM and reactive maintenance, as well as PLC fault-finding.
THE ROLE:
- Leading a team of 10 Maintenance Engineers
- Overseeing and delegating work, preparing maintenance schedules
- Hands-on work attending to Maintenance Engineering on the shop floor
- Monday to Friday, Day Shift
- Electrical Maintenance Engineer
- Manufacturing background preferred
- PLC knowledge advantageous
- Looking to progress their career to Team Leader role
