Electrical Project Engineer: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and integration of electrical systems in utility-scale wind farms.
As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and leadership to the BOP design and WTG integration in utility-scale wind farms. You will interact with project stakeholders and oversee operations during project execution, ensuring the successful integration of WTGs and power plant controllers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interfacing with specialists regarding Grid Code compliance studies and testing.
- Providing technical support to the Nordex Sales and Tendering teams.
- Taking ownership of contract requirements and ensuring project scope is implemented.
- Specifying HV electrical equipment and SCADA systems.
- Facilitating factory acceptance tests.
- Developing signal lists and control philosophy for SCADA systems.
- Reviewing and approving detailed SCADA documentation.
- Coordinating the energisation process and testing.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and have significant experience with SCADA systems, signal interface, and industrial communication protocols. Previous experience as a Project Engineer with a strong electrical background is essential.
