Electrical Project Engineer Global market leading meat production company are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer. THE COMPANY: Growing from strength to strength every year, this indigenous Irish food supplier has become renowned in not only the Irish but also the international market. With several thousand employees, across several countries, our client supplies into major retailers, manufacturers, and food service operators across the world. They are now growing their multi-million-euro business and are seeking to add an Electrical Project Engineer. With a long-standing company history, and clear progression path, this role is not to be missed! THE ROLE: The successful candidate will primarily be based on our clients Waterford site but will occasionally travel to other sites in the midlands, and will have the following duties: Work in a team of mechanical, electrical, and civil project engineers and deliver projects across client sites. Projects will involve CapEx works, building services, utilities, production machinery, upgrades, and renovations. Be involved in the full lifecycle - tendering, budget control, manage and coordinate all works including contractors, manage all documents, and SOPs. Will manage 2 - 3 projects at once and manage all aspects with help from other discipline Project Engineers. Projects can be valued anywhere up to 10 million euro. THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds: Prior project experience is advantageous such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Site engineer, or similar. Will also consider manufacturing engineers or process engineers. Must have an electrical background either as an electrician or electrical engineer. Will also consider a Building Services Engineering background or similar if they have good Electrical Project experience. THE PACKAGE: Salary: €70-90k DOE Paid Mileage when travel is required.
