Job Description

Job Description:

Coordinate client, contractor, and stakeholder relationships to ensure project completion according to plans and schedules.


Communicate project status and potential issues to clients, plan and manage on-site personnel, and track progress and production levels.


Conduct design reviews, complete Value Engineering (VE) processes, and oversee the contracting process with sub-contractors.


Manage project financial elements, close out projects successfully, and ensure adherence to company standards.


Attend project-related meetings, host and record project team reviews, and perform surveys of installations.


Evaluate project performance, procure sub-contracts and materials, and take responsibility for achieving commercial buying targets.


Liaise with clients and management teams to ensure scope of works is delivered and shareholders' requirements are met.


Implement Health and Safety Procedures and report to the company's Head of Health and Safety as required.


Key Requirements:


  • Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services Engineering or similar qualification

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in a contracting environment

  • Proven ability to manage and deliver large projects

  • Good leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team

  • Excellent IT and technical skills, communication, and organisation skills
