Electrical Site Manager required to join one of Europes leading contractors to oversee various electrical projects across Greater Dublin. Responsibilities: Coordinating and Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors Manage and drive a team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards Prepare relevant reports Ensure the adherence to safety and quality standards Reporting on progress Ensure the quality of work is maintained throughout installation Carry out weekly toolbox talks Ensure Health & Safety compliance for direct staff and sub-contractors Regular reviews of working practices to help improve site safety Requirements: Relevant electrical background (Trade preferable) At least 5+ Years experience in a similar role. Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages. Ability to work to strict deadlines.
