Job description What you need to know Our Westmeathbased client who are a leading Construction materials manufacturing company are seeking anElectrical Supervisorto join their team. Reporting to the Electrical manager you will be a key figure in the day-to-day management of the Electrical Technician team in projects orientated to Electrical and instrumentation work. Please note that is apermanentposition on a Monday to Friday daytime basis. The working hours is 8-4:30. Your new job Key Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising contract staff, ensuring all safety systems and procedures are followed. Getting involved in the assessment, budgeting and delivering of current and upcoming electrical projects. Supervising electrical staff and maintain that project work is meeting expected goals. Handle Technician team in areas of workload, schedules, working hours and annual leave. Liaising cross functionally regarding project design and execution stages Involved in the training of staff regarding upcoming projects and new equipment. Overseeing and develop the electrical documentation and drawings system with respect to all new projects. What are we looking for?
