**Electrical Supervisor Opportunity in Holland** Seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage site safety, oversee day-to-day operations, and lead a team of sub-contractors on a cutting-edge Data Centre project in Holland. **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Holland. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing site safety, overseeing day-to-day operations, and leading a team of sub-contractors on a cutting-edge Data Centre project. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage site safety in conjunction with the Safety Advisor * Liaise with Site QA and Electrical Package manager on Right First Time install * Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule * Management of all day-to-day on-site operations * Management of sub-contractor activities * Ensure weekly minuted meetings with sub-contractor * Management of In Progress snagging system * Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator * Attendance at Site Meetings and Internal Project Reviews * Close out of all project items * Implement a weekly look ahead and issue internal weekly progress report **Requirements:** * A trade background and 5 years of experience supervising large installation crews and sub-contractors * Proven record of supervising and managing large installation projects * Knowledge of Health & Safety * Experienced in design and build * Good technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems **Benefits:** * Competitive Basic Salary * EU Allowance: €28K per annum * Bonus * Pension * Healthcare paid in full * Free shared accommodation or €1000 rental allowance * Free Flights * 23 days holidays
