What you need to know Matrix Recruitmentis seeking to recruitElectrical Supervisors for our client based in County Cork. You will lead and oversee electrical installations on a client site. Ensuring the safe and timely completion of work while adhering to strict quality & compliance standards required within this sector. Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise electricians and contractors, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion. Compliance:Ensure all electrical work meets industry regulations (GMP, cleanroom standards). Safety Enforcement:Implement and monitor site-specific safety protocols and conduct regular audits. Project Coordination:Collaborate with project management and other trades for seamless project execution. Technical Oversight: Review electrical designs and perform inspections and troubleshooting as needed. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of work, safety checks, and progress reports. What are we looking for? Qualifications: Fully qualified electrician with recognized certification (e.g., FETAC Level 6). Additional pharma-related qualifications or training preferred (e.g., GMP awareness). Experience: Minimum 5 years electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role on industrial/pharmaceutical projects. Proven track record working in cleanroom environments or regulated industries is essential. Skills: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, pharma industry standards (GMP, FDA regulations).
