Role Overview: I am seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor (Authorised Person) to join our team for a high-profile data centre project based in Dublin. In this crucial role, you will oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities: Supervise electrical installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements. Act as an authorised person for electrical safety, conducting inspections and issuing permits as necessary. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Implement and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness among all team members. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, resolving any electrical issues that may arise during construction. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry. Proven track record of managing electrical installations on large-scale projects, with a strong focus on safety and quality. Thorough understanding of electrical regulations and standards, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate teams and resolve conflicts. Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications required. Experience working on data centre projects is highly desirable.
