The company specializes in delivering electrical and controls support services as part of its maintenance and operations team, ensuring high-quality service across various sites while meeting all service level agreements and regulatory requirements. About Your New Job As an Electrical Supervisor based in Dublin, you will: Lead a team of electrical maintenance technicians, overseeing their work and providing guidance to ensure the highest standards are met. Perform routine Preventative, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance work to meet service level agreements. Ensure effective operation of electrical and control systems on-site. Liaise with end users and customers to understand requirements and provide professional service. Order supplies and materials, and develop standardized maintenance procedures for all buildings. Conduct routine planned maintenance on various utilities, including PAT testing, lighting checks, breaker testing, and system repairs. Respond to BMS alarms and support site functions. Oversee health, safety, and environmental requirements for all work activities. Complete small electrical and control projects, from planning to documentation. Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and more during times of reduced electrical work demand. Update and utilize site CMMS systems for work activities and documentation. Maintain a clean and tidy work area while adopting a continuous improvement attitude. Work across different site locations as part of a mobile services team. Assist with supervising vendors and contractors on-site. What Skills You Need A full clean driving license. Experience with CMMS and building services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Electrical trade qualification. Proven experience in leading a team.
