Job Description
A dedicated Electrical Supervisor/Team Lead is sought to lead a production team and maintain site standards in line with company expectations. Key responsibilities include achieving production schedule timeframes, coordinating external subcontractors, and promoting a positive culture within the workplace.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or recognised Electrical or Electronic apprenticeship
- Experience: Previous supervisory role in Industrial/Commercial Contracting/Engineering
- Skills: Strong technical skills, leadership and team management abilities, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
What's on Offer:
- Attractive salary ranging from €49,000 to €50,752 per year
- Monday to Friday working schedule with an early finish on Friday
