Job Description
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process, working closely with the Construction and Project Manager to coordinate and operate the site to deliver project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Construction and Project Manager
- Managing and supervising direct labour resources, plant, and safe execution of works
- Coordinating sub-contractors on site
- Post-construction survey and compilation of accurate information to prepare As-Built records
- Ensuring works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety, and environmental standards
Requirements:
- Electrical trade background essential
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Experience in Revit would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
