Electrical Systems Specialist
We are seeking an Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at CommScope Inc. in Bray, Dublin. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, testing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing electrical components using hand and power tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose malfunctions and test electrical systems for accurate operation
- Inspect equipment for hazards or defects and advise management on equipment operation
- Plan and perform installations while adhering to codes, prepare sketches, and update drawings for accurate records
- Pull wires through conduits, construct parts, and work on tasks like dismantling and assembling equipment with precision
- Maintain detailed records of breakdowns and repairs, collaborate with maintenance fitters, and contribute to equipment modifications
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Electrician in Ireland
- Electrical proficiency, being able to diagnose and tackle problems, to be able to read electrical drawings
- Knowledge of Mechanical containment installations, e.g., conduit, cable ladder, trunking etc.
- Work from Heights, e.g., Ladders, MEWP
