Overall, Purpose of the Job To maintain client facilities and to assist in the management of maintenance sub-contractors. Main Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance of general facilities equipment in clients site Maintenance of electrical equipment in clients site Maintain on-site facilities filing system Managing sub-contractors working on-site Use of technology to conduct / record works Conduct scheduled inspections Dealing with clients staff Qualifications and Experience Qualified Electrician IT Literate Good communicator, able to interact with people Self motivated and enthusiastic Efficient organiser able to multitask 3 years experience in similar role 5 years experience in a similar role and environment Working Pattern Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
