Role In this role you will be responsible for developing and motivating your team, ensuring best practices for all processes and procedures. Your primary goal will be to achieve completion of workload within the agreed time, maintaining a smooth running department, and guiding and developing your team to reach their goals. Responsibilities: - Managing QC & Technical in the Conversions Dept - Support Team Manager and perform management duties in their absence - Monitor Technical requests in Conv Inbox - Provide guidance and direction to the team on converting products - Ensure high technical standards and support on projects - Manage QC issues internally and externally - Update processes and procedures - Manage work instructions and component suppliers - Uphold Tech information on SAP - Conduct team training and development - Assist with new product testing and completion - Represent the company during customer visits Skills and Attributes: - Attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High organizational skills - Customer service oriented - Experience on SAP and Excel - Technical competency - Goal setting - Honest, trustworthy, and self-motivated - Works well within a team If you have a passion for technical advising, a drive for excellence, and the skills mentioned above, we would love to hear from you.
