Job Description

Junior Electrician role in a Cork-based manufacturing company, working on a workshop-type setup with a diverse team of 15 electrical technicians, offering a variety of tasks and a competitive salary.

My client is a well-established and growing multi-national company that specialises in manufacturing products used by large data centres. They pride themselves on the reliability and quality of their products and aftercare service provided to their customers.

The company is currently recruiting for junior/assistant/apprentice electricians for their Cork plant, which is not a typical manufacturing assembly line operation. This role offers a lot more variety than a typical electrician role in a manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cable Tray & Containment Installation
  • Cable Pulling & Terminating
  • Earthing Systems
  • Glanding & Terminating
  • Installing & Terminating electrical equipment (sensors, actuators, light bulkhead)
