We have an exciting opportunity for aSenior Electricianwith Commissioning abilities. This role will be based in Co. Cork. Responsibilities: Electrical control system installation Electrical control systems commissioning & testing Electrical design and supervision work on Water and Wastewater pumping and treatment installations with instrumentation and controls Understanding of PLC based automation & SCADA Systems Electrical systems fault finding and rectification Supervision and snagging of sub-contractors work Skills / Attributes. A minimum of5 years, post apprenticeship work withinWater or Wastewater treatment industryor contracting, pumps, instrumentation, automation and SCADA is a requirement Good electrical control systems knowledge & electrical fault finding in general Working with pumps, motors, chemical dosing equipment (incl pumps & controllers), control panels Working knowledge of PLCs and general automation Education Requirements. RECI(or equivalent) certified Electrician with5 yearspost apprenticeship work experience All offers of Employment are subject to background checks, including right to work, and reference checks.
