SOLAR Electrician- €60k-€72k DOE– Cork, Munster The Role Are you a fully qualified electrician looking for a rewarding career in the renewable energy sector? We are a leading solar PV installer in Ireland, looking to appoint an experienced SOLAR Electrician to our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV systems, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards and adheres to industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Install and commission solar PV systems to the highest standards, adhering to Safe Electric specifications and SEAI code of practice. Conduct electrical inspections and maintenance on solar systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues within solar systems. Test and verify system performance using specialist equipment. Work with homeowners to explain the work being undertaken and any changes to the project scope, while providing excellent customer service. Collaborate effectively with the lead installer and other team members. Liaise with the roofing team to ensure projects are completed on time. Manage your time effectively to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Maintain accurate records and submit all necessary documentation. Completion of the SEAI Solar PV course is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components. Valid FETAC craft certificate. Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates required. Full clean driving licence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to job sites. Must be eligible to work in Ireland
