Job Description
We are currently recruiting full time Qualified Electricians to partake in works on a project located in Dublin.
- Make Up and install cable containment in line with layout drawings and dimensions.
- Install and terminate cable in the correct manner and in line with site standards.
- Guarantee that the works comply with site quality standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all safety limitations and procedures.
- Ensure that correct PPE is worn at all times on site.
- Keep the workplace in a tidy manner and free of excess materials.
- Plan and execute works in the most productive manner.
- Dispose of waste in the correct receptacles.
- Comply with site instructions regarding the formulation and implementation of RAMS - SPAs etc.
- Testing, maintenance and repair/replacement.
- All other duties associated with this role.
Requirements and Skills
- The successful candidate will have time served Electrical trades experience.
- Highly skilled in electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
- Problem-solving to take controlled / real time approach to problems and solving them.
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
- Interpersonal skills and be willing to work on ones own initiative or as part of a wider site team.
- Understanding of construction documentation an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability to work well under pressure and within a strict time limit environment.
