Embedded Software Engineer Manager Dublin, Ireland Hybrid Work

My client, a fast-growing company, provides advanced software for dynamic, software-defined vehicles. Their solutions, used by a leading global OEM, drive the digital transformation in automotive technology. The diverse team consists of top technology and automotive specialists.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on and able to lead effectively. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and expanding a global engineering team to ensure high-quality and timely product delivery.
- Establishing and maintaining standards for code quality, reliability, and maintenance, including conducting design and code reviews.
- Collaborating with product managers to prioritize development, manage project scopes, and represent the engineering team in customer interactions to gather requirements and drive solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field (MS/Ph D preferred).
- 10 years of hands-on software development experience, including system architecture and clean code.
- 3 years of managing a software development team and 2 years as a technical lead or architect.
- Experience managing engineers across multiple countries and handling multiple parallel projects.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python.
