Job Description
Fast-paced digital health company seeks an Embedded Software/Firmware Engineer to create state-of-the-art solutions for remote patient monitoring, medication adherence, and patient engagement. Key responsibilities include developing high-quality software for healthcare devices, making technology recommendations, and effectively communicating with the customer and project team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience as an Embedded Software Engineer, knowledge of C/C++, and experience in embedded hardware platforms. * Develop high quality software for Healthcare Devices according to medical standards
* Make key technology recommendations and decisions throughout the project lifecycle
* Effectively communicate with customer and project team to solve complex technical challenges
* Define, implement and challenge system and component requirements
* Design and follow Technical Architecture through concept, development, integration and delivery phases
* Strive to ensure that best practice is followed, and suggest improvements as necessary
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience as Embedded Software Engineer or similar position
* Knowledge of C/C++ and experience in Structured and Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
* Experience in embedded hardware platforms such as ARM Cortex-M, Cortex-A, x86, or similar
* Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or closely related discipline
* Ability to work independently with little supervision and aware of business needs
* Proactive, open, reliable team player
* Good spoken & written English
