Job Description As an Executive Director (ED) of the Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF) service team, you will be responsible and accountable for the end-to-end delivery of services to clients in EMEA, ensuring high quality service across all ETF product offerings. This is a growing business requiring thought leadership, focus on client requirements, and designing robust controls to launch and support new products. In this role, you will manage the EMEA ETF operations team in Ireland, enhance client issue resolution, ensure proper execution on client deliverables, communicate client status updates and provide KPIs to senior management to ensure appropriate escalation and prioritization of all client issues, while also leading the team with a focus on client oversight and reporting. A successful candidate must have a strong sense of ownership and understanding of ETF deliverables, including a working knowledge of accounting deliverables for Fund Accounting, Tax, Compliance and Financial Reporting services. Job Responsibilities: Work as Head of EMEA ETF Operations, leading a team which is the point of contact for client queries and issues Work with Technology, Operations, Product and Stakeholders to determine process improvements and strategic direction, including development of and monitoring of return on investment (ROI) Manage and oversee testing of new client deliverables or client requested change including any upgrades to ETF technology. Enhance the ETF product offering with Business partners to delivery best in class services Responsible for Issue Management and Remediation Coordinate client requested changes to the Operating Model and reporting Responsible for client behavior changes associated with all JPMorgan's services and initiatives/programs Lead and coordinate client service reviews and workshops Coordinate client fund launches and migrations Successful delivery of all client ad-hoc reporting Coordinate client and audit management timetable, financial reporting and tax cycles, and support audit comments on draft financial statements Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 10+ years of experience in Operations Knowledge of the ETF life cycle including order and trading activity, collateral management, and ETF creation and redemption processing Strong technical skills including accounting principles and theories, Knowledge of ETF Accounting-Fund Accounting, Financial and Regulatory Reporting, and Tax Operations Ability to be effective in a global operating environment Exceptional leadership and staff development skills with prior team management experience Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients Strong client service and relationship building skills, to develop and deliver results for internal and external partnerships Analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Expert use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and ability to present to senior management Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Working knowledge of one or more CIB/FSO product, service or operations areas Experience and deep understanding of the ETF industry About Us J.P.
