EMENA Regional Customer Supply Chain Planner
The EMENA Regional Customer Supply Chain Planner plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods into Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, while maintaining compliance with trade regulations and managing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a country mapping reference guide, including ports of entry, customs requirements, flight schedules, and land-locked country information.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the EMENA business and country requirements related to freight forwarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and support the allocation/rationing process within the Customer Warehouse Hub (CWH).
- Create and maintain visibility for commercial and finance teams on shipment status to support revenue recognition and customer-facing communication.
Requirements:
- Experience with supply chain management, customs and trade compliance, and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
