As a Services Industry experienced Employee Relations Advisor, you will provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to approximately 3000 employees nationwide.
The role entails:
- Providing employment law advice to line managers on all employee relations issues.
- Supporting divisional management on performance management, absence management, company policies, and employment legislation.
- Guiding line managers through disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Developing organisational policies and procedures for employee relations.
- Communicating with unions and representing the company at third-party hearings.
- Managing redundancy situations and Transfer of Undertakings Regulations processes.
Essential qualifications and experience:- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR with proven ER/IR expertise.
- Services Industry experience is essential.
- Integrity, discretion, and strong communication skills are required.
