Join our team at OCS and contribute to the delivery of excellent facilities management services to businesses across Ireland.

As a Services Industry experienced Employee Relations Advisor, you will provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to approximately 3000 employees nationwide.

The role entails:

  • Providing employment law advice to line managers on all employee relations issues.
  • Supporting divisional management on performance management, absence management, company policies, and employment legislation.
  • Guiding line managers through disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Developing organisational policies and procedures for employee relations.
  • Communicating with unions and representing the company at third-party hearings.
  • Managing redundancy situations and Transfer of Undertakings Regulations processes.

Essential qualifications and experience:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR with proven ER/IR expertise.
  • Services Industry experience is essential.
  • Integrity, discretion, and strong communication skills are required.
