Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes, contracts and policies, and management issues.
- Provide solutions to clients in employment matters of all kinds.
- Work with other teams in the firm's full service offering.
- Contribute to and lead on business development activities.
- Apply a high standard of technical knowledge and client care.
- Support the effective running of the employment practice.
- Provide support for colleagues.
- Work to the firm's high standards and its protocols on financial management.
