Job Description for Employment Law Solicitor
We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join our team at a well-established International Law Firm in Dublin.
About the Role
The role involves advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, contracts and policies, management issues, collective issues, reorganisations and transfers of employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients across multiple sectors on employment law matters
- Provide solutions to clients in employment matters of all kinds
- Work with other teams in the firm's full service offering
- Contribute to and lead on business development activities
- Apply a high standard of technical knowledge and client care
- Support the effective running of the employment practice
- Provide support for colleagues
- Work to the firm's high standards and its protocols on financial management
Requirements
- Experience in advising employers
- Self-sufficiency appropriate to level
- Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
- Ability to develop relationships, undertake client marketing and influence at all levels
