Our client, a leading Irish law firm, seeks to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor with 4-6 years PQE to its growing team in Dublin. This dynamic role will offer the successful candidate a mix of contentious and advisory work, providing an opportunity to work on high-profile employment law cases and complex advisory matters. Key Responsibilities: Advise on all aspects of employment law, including equality issues, age-related matters, and termination of employment. Handle a variety of contentious matters, from unfair dismissal and occupational stress to restraint of trade and industrial relations issues. Act as a trusted advisor on employment law matters arising from mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and TUPE regulations. Provide expert guidance to clients in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on practical, business-centric solutions.
