Job Description

A forward-thinking firm seeks an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its highly tiered Employment Team in Dublin, working on high-quality employment law and HR support work for global financial institutions and major domestic and international businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience working in a busy, commercial Employment team, undertaking a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work and transactional support. They will have excellent drafting and communication skills, be a team player, and be an Irish or England & Wales qualified Employment Lawyer.

The role will involve working on a wide range of areas, including recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants, and complex grievance complaints and investigations.
