Job Description

Job Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to work within our expanding Employment Tax team. The BDO Employment Tax team assist our clients navigating through domestic and international complexities involved in meeting their employment tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with employers and executives on complex employment tax matters including employment tax compliance, PAYE audits, and workforce reduction programs.

  • Advise clients on tax efficient compensation and provide support with Revenue PAYE audits.

  • Advising on executive and employee share incentive schemes and PAYE withholding obligations.

  • Develop pro-active relationships with other departments within the firm and drive the integration of innovative technologies.

  • Train junior staff members and support senior staff members to promote learning and development initiatives.



Requirements:

  • AITI or CTA qualified with strong interpersonal, technical, and commercial skills.

  • Strong technical skills across Employment and Expatriate Taxes.
