Job Description
Job Summary: Manage, design, develop, & evaluate energy related projects to reduce or improve energy costs & energy efficiency during construction. Responsibilities include leading energy & sustainability engineering for projects, coordinating thermal modelling analysis, preparing energy statements, and creating high quality reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage energy & sustainability engineering for all projects
- Coordinate dynamic thermal modelling (IESVE) analysis, including Part L Assessments, Comfort Analysis, natural ventilation studies, and daylighting
- Prepare energy & sustainability statements for developments
- Develop and maintain energy strategies
- Mentor and develop less experienced engineers
- Support bidding for new opportunities and contribute to marketing material
