Energy Lawyer Associate/Senior Associate - Dublin An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Energy Lawyer to join the Energy Group of a top tier law firm in Dublin. The Role: As an integral part of the Energy team, you will be involved in advising energy clients across various facets of their operations. Your responsibilities will include providing counsel on generation projects, financings, environmental considerations, planning, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). You will work on groundbreaking projects that are shaping the future of the Irish energy landscape. The Person: Qualified Solicitor with 2 - 6 years PQE Experience in Energy law Candidates with previous experience in finance law or corporate law who are interested in specialising in energy law will be considered Excellent communication and client relationship skills A collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
