#IJ Energy Manager - EIR / UK The Energy Manager (Ireland or UK) based is responsible for developing and implementing our Energy Management System and strategic objectives, monitoring and tracking energy performance and identifying and supporting the delivery of initiatives that result in energy and carbon savings. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, the role supports our operational teams in the execution of our management system and helping the business achieve our energy and carbon reduction targets, whilst implementing our net zero and sustainability strategies. If in place, the role could include mentoring of others. Key Responsibilities Manage and further develop our ISO 50001 certified Energy Management System Collaborate with Operational teams and Functional Leads to ensure the successful delivery of the business energy management strategy advising on potential energy efficiency projects and investigating potential technologies and suppliers that can best contribute towards our sustainability targets Complete regular project inspections and audits as required by the Energy Management System Lead and support external audits where required Set and lead the delivery of the energy management strategy across the business Analyse and identify opportunities and risks related to energy arising from project, sector, client or country specific requirements, and/or compliance obligations, and develop action plans to address Monitor and track energy performance across the business, identifying poor performance and making data-led decisions to drive performance improvement Develop, monitor and maintain key performance indicators, reporting across the business, using data to compare performance to drive performance improvement Collaborate and support the Sustainability Reporting Manager contributing to external sustainability reporting requirements, e.g. CDP, CSRD, PPN06/21 etc. Promote the Sisk sustainability strategy and wider business core priorities, acting as a torchbearer, educating and helping others play their part in achieving our objectives Understand, communicate and be an advocate for our future strategic direction Assist the work winning teams in activities, advising on energy related matters Experience 8+ years energy management experience Experience with ISO 50001 standard Knowledge of innovative energy reduction technologies Experience and a deep knowledge and passion for promoting energy/ carbon management Degree or relevant technical qualification, such as energy management, energy assessment or energy auditing ISO 50001 Lead Auditor (desirable) Remuneration & Benefits Competitive salary 26+ days annual leave Car benefit Excellent Benefits Package And much more!
