They support clients in all facets of their energy operations, including project development, financing, environmental compliance, planning matters, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), regulatory guidance, and corporate transactions.

They are engaged in transformative projects central to Ireland's energy transition, including the 700 MW Celtic Interconnector project and advising Eir Grid on securing Temporary Emergency Generation services.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with a background in energy and renewable projects or experience in corporate or finance law, paired with a strong interest in the energy sector. They should have between 2 to 6 years of post-qualification experience within a reputable corporate law firm and be eager to enhance their skills in the energy, renewables, and climate action sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients in energy operations, including project development, financing, and environmental compliance
  • Providing regulatory guidance and advice on Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and corporate transactions
  • Contributing to Ireland's energy transition through engagement in transformative projects
  • Enhancing skills in the energy, renewables, and climate action sectors through continuous learning and team support

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a background in energy and renewable projects or experience in corporate or finance law
  • Strong interest in the energy sector
