Our Energy, Renewables, Utilities & Climate Action group is a leader in the field, with over 25 years of experience in pioneering and complex energy-related projects in Ireland. We support clients in all facets of their energy operations, including project development, financing, environmental compliance, planning matters, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), regulatory guidance, and corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in energy operations, project development, and regulatory matters
- Contribute to the development of energy-related projects, including project financing, environmental compliance, and planning matters
- Provide regulatory guidance and support on Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and corporate transactions
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a background in energy and renewable projects or corporate or finance law
- Strong interest in the energy sector and commitment to Ireland's electrification and decarbonization targets
- 2-6 years of post-qualification experience within a reputable corporate law firm
- Strong academic credentials and passion for delivering excellent client service
