Job Description

Join a leading law firm's Energy, Renewables, Utilities & Climate Action group as an Associate, supporting clients in energy operations, project development, and regulatory matters.

Our team is a leader in the field, with over 25 years of experience in pioneering and complex energy-related projects in Ireland. We support clients in all facets of their energy operations, including project development, financing, environmental compliance, planning matters, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), regulatory guidance, and corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in energy operations, project development, and regulatory matters
  • Contribute to the development of energy projects, including onshore and offshore renewable energy projects
  • Advise clients on regulatory matters, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent client service and foster long-term relationships

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a background in energy and renewable projects or corporate or finance law
  • Strong interest in the energy sector and commitment to Ireland's electrification and decarbonization targets
  • 2-6 years of post-qualification experience within a reputable corporate law firm
  • Strong academic credentials and passion for delivering excellent client service
