Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients in energy operations, including project development, financing, environmental compliance, planning matters, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), regulatory guidance, and corporate transactions.
- Contributing to Ireland's energy transition through transformative projects.
- Working with a team of skilled legal professionals to deliver excellent client service and foster long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with a background in energy and renewable projects or experience in corporate or finance law, paired with a strong interest in the energy sector.
Key requirements include:
- 2-6 years of post-qualification experience within a reputable corporate law firm.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Strong teamwork, clear communication, efficiency, and responsiveness in work.
- Passion for delivering excellent client service and fostering long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
