Enforcement Officer Park Rite Various Locations Advertising on behalf of Park Rite, we currently have two part time and one full time vacancy for a Mobile Traffic Enforcement Officer. Applicants must have their own vehicle and hold a full clean driving licence except for the Dun Laoghaire position. The part time roles are located in Swords and Dun Laoghaire(and surrounding areas) and is for a minimum of 20 hours per week.The Shift pattern will be working 8 hour shifts 2-3 days per week between Monday to Saturday. Evening work is not available in this role. The full time role is basedlocated in Tallaght(and surrounding areas) and is for a minimum of 40 hours per week.The Shift pattern will be working 8 hour shifts 5 days per week between Monday to Saturday. The role involves patrolling assigned beats and enforcing the parking byelaws / Road Traffic Act in the Fingal County Council area. This is not an office-based position and requires outdoor work in addition to administration duties. Duties will include: Patrol of areas and enforcement of Road Traffic Act Issuing of parking fine notices to illegally parked vehicles Interacting with members of the public in relation to enforcement and general queries on the street Court appearances when required Reporting of all accidents and incidents should they occur Escalating issues to management as appropriate Administration duties Understanding/general knowledge of the rules of the road and the parking regulations.
